almond butter oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, rolled oats, maple syrup, egg, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Using a cookie scoop, form dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Use a fork to gently press down on each cookie ball to flatten it slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
